Refund policy

Return any order on www.atelier-seve.com website in the 14 days following the delivery date. 

Refunds are offered only in the case of a faulty item.

Full-price jewellery is eligible for exchange within fourteen days of delivery, provided that items are returned in original conditions and with no signs of being worn (damaged, used or dirty).
