Abelha Necklace - Green Serpentine Jade and Red Carnelian

The Abelha Necklace takes its colours from the soil of Provence. The deep red ocher earth and terracotta rooftops, set against the greens of olive groves and nascent grapes. Red Carnelian and Green Serpentine Jade boldly sit together, echoing that same contrast. A 14k gold-filled chain joins the two strands of beads from the back, making this piece unique. 

A delicate gold-filled bee (called Abelha in Provencal idiom) hangs from the front clasp, a small nod to the countryside where bees symbolize rebirth and eternal life. 

Each necklace is handcrafted with care. Not two are ever quite the same, a small imperfection is simply proof that a hand, not a machine, made it.
